CFO Business Manager
Kimberley College is seeking to appoint an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer / Business Manager to provide leadership across the College's finance and business operations. Reporting directly to the Principal and working closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team, this executive position plays a key role in supporting the College's long-term financial sustainability and strategic objectives.
The successful applicant will lead the College's financial management, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, risk management, facilities and operational functions while providing trusted advice to the Principal and Board. The role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the future growth and development of a thriving independent school community.
Risk and Compliance Officer
The Compliance Officer is appointed by the College Principal and works in collaboration with and under the immediate direction of the College Financial Officer. The purpose of the Compliance Officer role is to support the development, implementation and maintenance of the College's Risk Management framework, in order to ensure compliance with legal, quality and ethical compliance requirements as well as industry best practice with a view to reducing and managing risk across all areas of College operations. At Kimberley College we believe that the disciplines of risk management, compliance, workplace health and safety and incident management are integrally related and as such should be managed together through the role of the Compliance Officer.
